P.S. stories behind our designs
-
Silk.
Silk weaving is a deeply rooted tradition in Laos, once passed down through generations of women as a symbol of skill, creativity and cultural identity.
To honor this heritage, we collect leftover woven silk from local tailors- pices that would go to waste. Even the smallest silk fragment deserves to be worn and cherised.
No two pieces are alike, just as no thread of tradition should be lost.
By honoring every fiber, we celebrate both sustainability and the timeless artistry of Lao weaving.
-
Makers.
We are a Collective- from design ideas through our Makers to You - connected by craftmanship, creativity and purpose.
Our Makers are skilled Lao women, some from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Earning a stable income from home, we empower them to support their families while staying with their children.
Each piece is shaped by their precision, patience, and artistry. Slow-crafted at an unhurried pace- ensuring quality and making every creation as unique as the hands that made it.

Packaging.
Our packaging is handmade from eco -friendly mulberry bark paper, a material deeply rooted in Lao tradition.
The tree regenarates after harvesting, making it an environmentally responsible resource.
We bring the design full circle by incorporating this luxarious bark paper into our packaging - just as our jewelry features silk, which comes from silworms that feed on mulberry leaves.
This thoughtful connection between materials reflects our commitment to sustainabilty, tradition and circular design.
